6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders placed are dispatched daily between 4:00pm and 5:30pm on business days.

Orders placed can only be cancelled and refunded prior to its dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned, due to the nature of the product.
